Speaker's profile:

Zinga Venner, the Vice President and World Bank Group Controller since October 1, 2025, is an experienced chartered accountant and finance professional with over 30 years of combined experience working with the WBG and in public accounting. As the WBG Controller, Ms. Venner leads a global team of finance and accounting professionals and is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the financial operations across the WBG entities, including the accounting, servicing and administration of the loan, equity investments, guarantees, and short-term finance portfolios.
